Context management for efficient mobile multicast services

ABSTRACT Integration of context interfaces in mobile application design could be based on different goals, such as provision and exchange of resource information of different type, application adaptation to specific context, efficient interactions between user and application, visibility of specific resource information, building of context aware mobile infrastructures, increased robustness, fast development and flexibility of context aware applications. Many efforts in the last years have shown the benefits of designing and implementing of mobile context-aware application platforms focussing on different kind of contexts (location, identity, activity, social interaction, operating environment), context adaptation and interaction styles [13], [14], [15], [16], [17].
